CSC Scores $613m Defense Deal

CSC has won a $613m deal with US Defense Information Systems Agency to design and support several networks under the agency.
Under the deal, CSC will manage the voice and network services for the Defense Switched Network and the Defense Red Switch Network. The company will also provide support for related systems at DISA, which coordinates all US warfighting network and systems needs.
The deal includes a two-year base period and three one-year options. CSC is working with fellow contractors such as AT&T, BEA Systems, CACI, General Dynamics, and Qwest on the contract.
