Ipswitch Develops New Network Management Go-to-Market Strategy to Further Accelerate Growth

Ipswitch, Inc., a leading developer of network management, messaging and secure and managed file transfer solutions, today announced the appointment of Warren K. Neuburger to lead the network management division as the newly created division's president. Neuburger will report directly to CEO Roger Greene at the fast-growing company.
Neuburger brings 30+ years of experience to Ipswitch with demonstrated leadership capabilities in both startup and public companies. This includes a strong track record establishing emerging divisions as market leaders, creating new market segments, driving effective global channel strategies, developing strong market leadership positions and overseeing partnership relationships with Novell, IBM, Intel and others.

Neuburger's career spans more than 30 years. He began his career at Corning Glass Works and then moved to Digital Equipment Corporation where he quickly ascended through the organization in positions of increasing responsibility ultimately running startups for Digital in San Francisco. After Digital, Neuburger joined VoiceCom Systems as VP of Technology, Operations and Development. After VoiceCom was acquired, he joined Glenayre, a global telecommunications supplier, as president of the Integrated Networks Group, eventually becoming its executive vice president of products running four divisions. Neuburger has held positions of CEO, COO, and President as well as board positions in a variety of other companies including Optio Software and Concurrent Computer Corporation.
