Xirrus Provides Wi-Fi Solution for Occam Network's New 'Green' Headquarters

Xirrus, Inc., the leading provider of high-performance, long-range Wi-Fi products, announced today that they have deployed a Wi-Fi network for Occam Networks, a manufacturer of broadband access solutions for service providers of voice, video, and data services over copper and fiber. The Xirrus network provides high performance Wi-Fi coverage at Occam's new 47,000 square foot LEED-certified corporate headquarters supporting more than 130 employees and corporate visitors using voice and data on notebooks and PDAs.

Occam's new building in Santa Barbara, California includes four labs, a state-of-the-art training facility, and demo room. It was outfitted with a variety of environmentally-friendly features that save on fuel consumption, generate fewer emissions, and reduce environmental disruption.
