AT&T has announced that Herff Jones, a manufacturer and publisher of educational products, has awarded it a three-year $2.16 million contract for a suite of managed, integrated network services.
The agreement for AT&T Business Network (ABN) integrated solutions includes long distance and local voice service, managed internet service and virtual private network (VPN) services.
AT&T has reported that ABN services are designed to accommodate growth in communications and networking needs and to allow shifts in technology to meet the demands of a 24/7 global marketplace. AT&T will also connect Herff's 19 national locations with its multiprotocol label switching-based VPN services.
Gary Caldwell, chief information officer at Herff Jones, said: "Herff Jones's reputation and our products are based on the highest standards of quality. That's why we feel our partnership with AT&T makes good business sense as AT&T has delivered quality solutions to Herff Jones and has demonstrated excellent customer service."
