INX Selected to Design and Deploy $2.3 Million Data Center Solution

Posted on: Monday, 14 January 2008, 06:00 CST

INX Inc., (NASDAQ:INXI) announced today that it has been chosen to design and build a new data center for a major web-based company in the greater Boston area.

In an effort to increase efficiencies, the web-based company wanted to relocate its data center from a remote location to a site closer to its headquarters. INX was selected to design and deploy the data center infrastructure solution because of INX's long-standing relationship as the customer's network infrastructure solutions provider. The solution includes Cisco 7600 Series Routers, PIX and ASA security appliances, Catalyst 6500 Series Core Switches and Catalyst 3750 Series Switches. Initial deployment will begin in February 2008 with an expected completion date in early March.

Mark Hilz, President of INX commented, "Since our acquisition of Select, Inc. in late August of last year, we have been very pleased with the performance of our new Boston team. While the region continues to grow by attracting new customers we are particularly pleased that their long-time customers recognize the extended capabilities INX brings to the region."

INX values the contract at approximately $2.3 million in product and services revenue.
