Redline Networks’ Application Front End Network Appliances Boost Biotechnology Company’s Server Capacity by 500 Percent and Reduce Page Download Times by up to 70 Percent

Redline Networks, Inc., a company that designs and manufactures network appliances that maximize the performance, availability and security of Web-enabled applications, today announced that Rael Paster, head of collaboration services at Serono, will discuss Redline Networks’ part in Serono’s successful Domino Web Access deployment during a session entitled “Successful Deployment of Domino Web Access” at Lotusphere 2005 on Thursday, January 27 at 10 a.m.

Mr. Paster will share how and why Serono selected Redline Networks to boost the performance of several business critical Web-based applications. In addition, Mr. Paster will share how Redline Networks’ application front end network appliances help to mitigate “pain points” associated with Web-enabled applications. Some of the pain points Mr. Paster will address include challenges associated with user response time/performance; high availability/reliability; scalability of Web servers and bandwidth utilization and/or cost.
