One Ring Networks has chosen Redline Communications to deliver its WiMAX-based services. Redline will be supplying One Ring with their 3.65 GHz RedMAX products to complement its new service offerings as a result of their newly released WiMAX network.

One Ring Networks will be using Redline’s equipment to cover the entire Atlanta metro area. The company is deploying the RedMAX system under the guidelines set out by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for the recently available 3.65 GHz licensed spectrum.

Matt Liotta, CEO of One Ring Networks, said: “We are excited to utilize Redline’s products for our initial WiMAX network launch, which is just beginning to break ground in the US marketplace. In the US, Redline is the first WiMAX vendor to receive FCC approval for its 3.65 GHz WiMAX products, and we are among the first to seize this opportunity to deliver the most reliable, secure, high-speed fixed and nomadic voice, video and data services to businesses in the Atlanta area.”
