Esmertec and MontaVista Software to Deliver Integrated Java-Linux Solutions for Mobile Phones

Esmertec(TM) and MontaVista(R) Software have entered into a strategic alliance to provide Java(TM)-Linux(R) software platform solutions for mobile phones.

Esmertec's Jbed(TM) Advanced multitasking J2ME-platform atop MontaVista Linux Consumer Electronics Edition, delivers a fully optimized, open, reliable and interoperable solution for mobile handset and wireless semiconductor vendors.
