South Sky Technology Ltd. Signs Reseller Agreement to Promote and Sell GDC's Full Line of Network Access Solutions

General DataComm, Inc. (GNRD) announced today that it has finalized a Multinational Reseller agreement with South Sky Technology Ltd., a systems integrator of telecommunications and data networking products. Headquartered in Wanchai, Hong Kong, South Sky Technologies will offer General DataComm's complete line of network access products in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China.
South Sky Technology Ltd. supplies, installs and delivers maintenance services on data communications and networking equipment to banking and financial institutions, government, carriers and service providers, public utilities and multinational companies.

GDC's NEBS Level III Certified SpectraComm products, GDC's full line of InnovX (R) network access products and GDC's DSLware products, will allow South Sky Technology to offer integrated, network managed and secure solutions for both central office and customer premise environments.
