Jaci Hale Named Director of International Marketing and Relationship Management By ICTV

ICTV, creator of HeadendWare(R), the broadband industry's most powerful platform for the delivery and distribution of compelling interactive content, announced the appointment of Jaci Hale as Director of International Marketing and Relationship Management.

Hale, who brings more than a dozen years of cable and communications marketing experience to her new position, will be responsible for expanding a wide range of marketing and business development activities for ICTV across the international arena, including: Marketing Communications; Customer Relationship Management; and Content Sourcing. She will be based in ICTV's International offices in Surrey, England.

In her most recent position, with DST Innovis, Hale, served as director, marketing operations and had responsibility for all international marketing communications, as well as account management, sales pipeline development and customer retention activities. During the previous nine years, she was international marketing communications manager with three major firms: UUNET (WorldCom), CableData International Ltd. and Infotron Systems International Ltd. (Gandalf International Ltd.). From 1983-91 Hale held marketing communications and public relations positions with Plessey Communications Systems and Hugin Sweda Ltd.
