Alumni Capital Network and Triton Value Partners Join Forces to Seek Equity Investments in the Southeast

Alumni Capital Network, a New York-based private equity firm, today announced that it has partnered with Triton Value Partners, an Atlanta, Georgia-based business advisory firm to actively seek equity investments in the Southeastern United States. As part of the relationship Triton has also made an investment in Alumni Capital Network Fund I, L.P. The fund looks to lead equity investments ranging in size from $5 million to $25 million.

Alumni Capital Network's CEO, James P. Honohan expects that adding Triton to the firm's growing ranks of active investors will further strengthen his firm's market presence and capabilities, particularly in the southeastern United States where Triton is based.
