NEW YORK, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ — Seevast Corp. today announced the creation of its new SyndiGO(TM) division and an integration with DoubleClick’s DART for Publishers (DFP) ad serving platform, that makes SyndiGO the fastest and easiest way for publishers to build vertical ad networks.

SyndiGO builds vertical ad networks for publishers looking to increase their reach and have more impressions to sell. SyndiGO manages the entire process from member site recruitment and applications to syndication, reporting, and member customer service and payment.

SyndiGO services include: * Member site recruitment; * Custom widget and unit creation; * Member application review and processing; * Syndication of ad tags and content widgets; * Publisher and member performance tracking; * Reporting and optimization; * Payment to members, and * Customer service.

Publishers focus only on selling ads. This combination means publishers can be in market quickly and because of the integration with DFP, it is a long term fit with their strategic road map.

DFP is a leading ad server and the heart of DoubleClick’s Revenue Center (SM) suite. This integration makes it easy for DFP publishers to quickly create vertical ad networks using their existing ad operations infrastructure. SyndiGO and DFP clients can now realize the benefits of tightly integrating their vertical network inventory with their core ad serving platform, such as consistent targeting, forecasting, and reporting across network and owned-and- operated content.

“Established publishers can extend their sales efforts to more sites by building vertical ad networks and our SyndiGO business is the fastest and easiest way to make that happen,” said Lance Podell, CEO of Seevast, SyndiGO’s parent company. “Thanks to our integration with DFP, we are able to launch and grow these networks quickly and without added burden on our partner’s infrastructure.”

“Many of our DFP clients are looking for a vertical network solution that doesn’t require them to throw out their existing investments in ad serving technology,” said Jonathan Bellack, VP Publisher Core Products of DoubleClick. “We were pleased to integrate with SyndiGO because they understand the benefits of making a network a seamless addition to existing processes.”

SyndiGO joins other Seevast divisions Pulse 360, a leader in content- targeted sponsored links and Kanoodle, a provider of search targeted sponsored links.
