Symbio Group Appoints Li Huang As Sr. VP and Country Manager for Greater China

The Symbio Group ("Symbio") (www.symbio-group.com), a leading provider of outsourced software development, testing, globalization, and support services out of China, announced today that Li Huang has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Country Manager for Greater China. Mr. Huang brings more than 15 years of experience in management and sales at Microsoft China, Motorola and Siemens.
Mr. Huang will lead Symbio's China market strategy, focusing on growing Symbio's application outsourcing and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions in the China market to help Chinese companies become more innovative and cost-efficient. Based in Symbio's Bejing offices, Mr. Huang will oversee a team based in the company's Hangzhou, Chengdu and Shanghai offices.

Before joining Symbio, Mr. Huang was Greater China Region (GCR) Senior Director and General Manager for Microsoft's Solution Sales and Technical Sales in China, leading a team of 100 people in its solution business group.
Prior to that, he served in a range of positions at Motorola China Electronics Ltd ., including as Director of New Business Development/Wireless Data Solutions; Marketing and Business Development Manager for the Global Software Division (GSD) and Operations Manager of the Wireless Subscriber Communications Group. At Motorola, he was selected from among 10,000 candidates to participate in Cadre 2000, Motorola's on-job leadership-training program aimed at developing the next generation of leaders. As part of the Cadre 2000 program, Mr. Huang worked in Motorola's Internet Solution and Content Group (ISCG) and in the Global Telecom Solution Sector.
Before joining Motorola, Mr. Huang served in various engineering and business positions at Siemens China and Siemens Nixdorf from 1994 to 1998.
Mr. Huang holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Peking University and a master's degree in software engineering from the China Academy of Railway Science. In addition, he received an MBA in the Cadre Program in Motorola University, Kellogg Management School and Thunderbird international management institute.
