Studio Gets ‘Narnia’ Screening
March 28, 2008
Rock Educational Cooperative, the nonprofit wing of Plymouth Rock Studios, has secured exclusive screening rights to Walt Disney Pictures’ “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.”
The cooperative program has made it possible for youth groups and faith-based organizations to see the movie before the rest of the country, at 12:01 a.m. May 16.
“It is really an honor to start the program off this way,” said Thom Black, managing partner with Plymouth Rock Studios.
Roughly 200 theaters have committed to showing the film early, and several hundred others are expected to follow suit.
