Cronus Partners Pleased to Announce Resolute Partners LLC's Acquisition of Military Communications Center, Inc.

Cronus Partners LLC ("Cronus Partners") is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Resolute Partners LLC ("Resolute") in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Military Communications Center, Inc. The acquisition will add the largest Marine Corps installations to Resolute's global Internet access network and expand its comprehensive, branch-wide Department of Defense platform.
