EMRISE Corporation Announces Marketing and Product Development Agreement With Brilliant Telecommunications

EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca:ERI), a designer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary electronic devices and communications equipment for aerospace, defense, industrial, and communications applications, today announced at the CTIA Wireless convention in Las Vegas that, through its subsidiary, CXR Larus Corporation, it has entered into a bilateral agreement with an industry leading innovative Silicon Valley company Brilliant Telecommunications for the sale and marketing of products, and access to Brilliant's market leading technology.
