iPCS, Inc. Announces Internet Availability of 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders Proxy Materials Under SEC Notice and Access Rule

iPCS, Inc. (Nasdaq: IPCS), a PCS Affiliate of Sprint Nextel, today announced the Internet availability of its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders proxy materials under the new Notice and Access rule of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

iPCS's proxy statement and Annual Report on Form 10-K have been filed with the SEC and are available to stockholders at: www.proxyvote.com.

Stockholders may obtain a free printed copy of the annual meeting materials by following the instructions provided on the notice.

The Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held May 22, 2008 beginning at 9:00 am CT at The Hyatt Regency O'Hare, located at 9300 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue, Rosemont, Illinois. Holders of record of iPCS, Inc. common stock as of March 24, 2008 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
