Federal Agency Chooses IceWEB to Implement Coradiant TrueSight Products

IceWEB, a provider of storage solutions and on-line application services, and Coradiant, a provider of equipment to manage and troubleshoot web applications, have announced that a federal government agency has contracted with IceWEB to implement Coradiant's TrueSight products. The initial contract is valued at approximately $0.2 million.
Coradiant TrueSight products capture and store all aspects of every user's web activity. The web necessitates that information technology staff not only pay attention to monitoring the health of infrastructure, but equal attention must be paid to monitoring the quality of experience delivered to users. Managing according to customer needs becomes a core IT service. With the user's point of view serving as the core dataset, TrueSight provides a suite of products that are focused on delivering solutions.
