NEW YORK, March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dialog Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DLGG), a leading compiler and distributor of proprietary and licensed data products and marketing services, today announced it will report record operating results for 2004. The as yet unaudited results show revenues for the year increased 25 percent from 2003 to $7,904,447 while gross profits increased 132 percent to $4,519,831. The 2004 operating loss of $919,626 reflects an 88 percent improvement from last year.
"These record results demonstrate that the company-wide efforts to concentrate our core database marketing businesses has been a success," according to Company President and CEO Peter V. DeCrescenzo. A key element of the Company's success has been to focus its resources on its business units with the greatest potential for growth, Healthcare Dialog and Data Dialog. The company does, however, continue to operate with a working capital deficit. "Clearly, there is much work to be done to further improve our revenues and earnings," said DeCrescenzo. "We plan to build on last year's success by introducing several new data products in 2005."
