LOS GATOS, Calif., Sept. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Network security and flow classification market leader Hifn , announced today that Nauticus Networks' N2000 Series of Intelligent Data Center Switches feature Hifn security processors. The N2000 Series dramatically simplifies operations, reduces costs and improves the overall security and performance of enterprise data centers.
Selected as Networld+Interop's "Best of Interop," the Nauticus N2000 Series is the world's first layer 4-7 switch to integrate high performance network and security application services such as attack protection, denial of service mitigation and advanced URL and application level filtering, with load balancing, layer 4-7 application switching and SSL acceleration. Offering up to 20,000 connections per second of SSL processing and 4 Gbps of encrypted throughput, the N2000 Series represents a remarkable price/performance breakthrough.
