AT&T Response to Settlement With Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office Over 'Do-Not-Call' Issue

BEDMINSTER, N.J., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- AT&T is pleased to have reached an amicable resolution with the Pennsylvania Attorney General over a "Do-Not-Call" issue, which saves both organizations the time and expense that would have been consumed by litigation.
The purpose of this agreement is to settle the matter and is not a finding or admission of wrongdoing by AT&T. Under the terms of the agreement, AT&T will pay $34,500 to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
AT&T is committed to complying with all Federal and state "do-not-call" laws and will continue to rigorously maintain and monitor its compliance with such laws.
