MSP Heit Awarded Powered Managed Services and Silver Certified Partner Designations From Cisco

The Cisco Channel Partner Program performs rigorous third-party audits of a partner's personnel, support, specialization, network operations centers, and customer satisfaction in accordance with industry standards and best practices before awarding these designations. The Powered Managed Services designation requirements are further based upon the Information Technology Infrastructure Library(R) (ITIL) framework. HEIT achieved certifications in firewall and intrusion detection/prevention systems for Managed Security, and business communication services certification for Managed Unified Communications.
