Telution Collaborates With Microsoft on Unified Order Management and Customer Care Solution

CHICAGO, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Telution, Inc. today announced that it collaborated with Microsoft on a unified Order Management and Customer Care solution for cable operators to be unveiled at NCTA's 2005 National Cable Show in San Francisco, April 3-5, 2005.

The collaboration combines Telution's COMX, an award-winning order management and assurance solution for both traditional and IP-based communication providers, with Microsoft's powerful .NET technologies. The advanced approach to order handling and customer interaction management benefits both cable and telecommunication clients, especially those offering complex service bundles with features like VoIP, IPTV, messaging, and gaming.

Using Telution's solution, cable operators and telecommunications companies gain not only unified customer care, but also superior offer management, order capture, order handling and order assurance tools.
