Deloitte Buys Systems Integration Provider Solbourne

Deloitte Consulting has acquired Solbourne Computer, which provides enterprise system integration services based on Oracle Fusion Middleware technology, Oracle's E-Business Suite, and PeopleSoft Enterprise applications.
Solbourne's management team and 120 employees will join Deloitte's enterprise applications, technology integration, and human capital services units.
Janet Foutty, managing director of technology integration at Deloitte, said: "This acquisition will introduce new practitioners to the technology integration service area who share Deloitte's passion for delivering technology-enabled business transformation services."
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
