ShoZu has announced an expansion of the mobile social media services it offers for Facebook, delivering friends's photos, status updates & events to handset.
With the enhanced Facebook services, ShoZu users can now: have friends's newest Facebook photos sent to the mobile as soon as they are posted, request automatic delivery of friends's Facebook status updates to the handset for retrieval from the ShoZu interface, have their latest Facebook event listings forwarded to the phone on a regular basis for display on ShoZu and change their own Facebook status from the ShoZu screen without sending ant SMS.
Mark Bole, CEO of ShoZu, said: "In the last four weeks we have added nine social media sites to our menu of destination options. Now we have significantly extended our Facebook services. If you have a Facebook profile, store your photos on Flickr, have a blog that you keep up to date from your phone, and Twitter often, ShoZu speeds and simplifies the process."
