T-Mobile USA has resolved its lawsuit against AT&T and Starbucks over the free Wi-Fi internet access offered at Starbucks cafes.
The company had filed a suit alleging Starbucks and AT&T were not abiding by an agreement the three companies signed over the transfer of Wi-Fi internet access from T-Mobile to AT&T.
Starbucks spokesperson Stacey Krum said: "T-Mobile, AT&T, and Starbucks have entered into a memorandum of understanding to resolve their disputes and are committed to providing a high quality Wi-Fi experience for customers."
Although the agreement was confirmed by both AT&T and Starbucks, the terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
