Aehr Test Systems Announces Shipment of ABTS(TM) Beta Site System to Integrated Service Technology in Taiwan

FREMONT, Calif., June 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aehr Test Systems , a leading supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in equipment, today announced shipment of a beta site system for their new Advanced Burn-in and Test System (ABTS) to Integrated Service Technology in Taiwan. The system is configured for burning-in and testing advanced logic devices.

"This ABTS system is the first in a series that will be introduced over the next several quarters for testing packaged devices.
