Optical Systems, Inc. Adds New Business Development Call Center to Meet Customer Demand
Posted on: Monday, 16 June 2008, 09:00 CDT
Optical Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OPSY), a leader in front office software for automotive dealerships, announced today that it has integrated its premiere auto dealer customer sales information system, the "Save-a-Deal" program, with a dedicated Business Development Call Center ("BDC"). The BDC was developed to help dealers turn more leads into showroom sales by promptly responding to customer inquiries.
"Our BDC staff utilizes the Save-a-Deal system to focus on follow-up and customer engagement. This will virtually eliminate the countless wasted hours of chasing leads that consumes so many sales professionals, thereby allowing them to spend more time actually selling and generating revenue for Save-a-Deal dealers," said B.J. Grisaffi, CEO of Optical Systems, Inc.
The Save-a-Deal BDC is unique in the market in that it is staffed by trained vehicle sales professionals, rather than typical call center drones. Preliminary results have shown that many BDC dealers can expect to more than double closing ratios for their stores.
The new Save-a-Deal BDC will not only increase profits for Save-a-Deal dealers, it should also dramatically boost revenues for Optical Systems, Inc. and its shareholders.
