n Bicycle registration at Spokes & Spandex, courtesy of the Joplin Police Department.

n The addition of the Bistro Art Gallery, 405 S. Main St., featuring a one-night show of the work of six area artists: Joe Prater, Stephanie McGrew, Linda Teeter, Betsy Cooper, Daria Clairborne and Sue Coglin.

n Art on Tap at Spiva Center for the Arts, complete with live music, food from Woody’s Woodfire Pizza and Samuel Adams beer, for the 21-and-older crowd. Admission is $10 for members, and $35 for nonmembers or $50 per couple. Hours are 5:30 to 8 p.m.

n Tours of the historic Newman Building, now City Hall, and a history of Joplin exhibit courtesy of the Joplin Museum Complex. Tours will be available from 5 to 7 p.m. The building will be open until 9 p.m.
