Wi-Fi TV Selects ChinaCache for Content Delivery to China
Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Pink Sheets:WTVN), a pioneer in the delivery of Internet TV, today announced that it has entered into a service agreement with ChinaCache, a leading content delivery network (CDN) service provider, to support the delivery of Wi-Fi TV’s Social Internet TV platform to China. Under the terms of the agreement, Wi-Fi TV will work closely with ChinaCache on a phased introduction of Wi-Fi TV to the China market.
The strategic rollout of Wi-Fi TV in China will begin with ChinaCache assuming all global hosting of Wi-Fi TV’s global web site from its California office. Wi-Fi TV plans to introduce a new Chinese language web site specifically for the China market and to partner with additional Chinese businesses and deliver the site though ChinaCache on the Chinese mainland.
