Qwest Extends Agreement for Communications Services With CNLBancshares
Qwest Communications International has extended its exclusive agreement for voice and data communications services with CNLBancshares, a multi-bank holding company.
Under the multi-year agreement, Qwest will connect CNLBancshares with its iQ Networking services, a high-speed, scalable platform that delivers 1.5 megabits per second to each office.
According to Qwest, with its iQ Networking service, customers benefit from simplified networks that use and enhance their existing technologies. The solution focuses on solving business problems for customers, reducing total costs and delivering better service. Qwest iQ Networking provides feature-rich platforms built specifically for customers’ business applications, such as VoIP and disaster recovery.
Jay McLaughlin, senior vice president and director of IT for CNLBancshares, said: “Rather than selling us simple technology, Qwest looked at our needs and delivered a business solution.”
