AMC Technology to Present Cisco Contact Center Integration With Leading CRM Applications at Cisco Live! 2008
AMC Technology, a leading provider of multi-channel integration solutions for contact centers, will discuss Cisco integration with CRM applications in their exhibit booth #341 at Cisco Live! 2008 in the Orange County Convention Center.
Visitors to this Cisco Networkers show will learn about AMC's Multi-Channel Integration Suite(TM) (MCIS(TM)). MCIS provides pre-certified out-of-the-box software to integrate Cisco contact centers with CRM applications including SAP, Oracle Siebel and PeopleSoft CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, salesforce.com, and Remedy Help Desk. Additional adapters scheduled for 2008 include Siebel On-Demand and Oracle eBusiness Suite CRM.
