Euro Disney Associes S.C.A. Opts for Voice Over IP and Fixed-Mobile Convergence to Upgrade Its Entire Telephone Infrastructure Using Orange Business Services

Orange Business Services announces the signature of a contract with Euro Disney Associes S.C.A., operator of Disneyland(R) Resort Paris. Under the terms of this contract, Orange Business Services will be responsible for replacing the entire PABX infrastructure, which represents a total of 15,000 phone lines. This will involve the financing, integration, operation and maintenance of the infrastructure by a dedicated team over a 6-year period.
This new agreement builds on the ongoing relationship between the two companies: Orange has been one of Euro Disney Associes S.C.A.'s twelve strategic partners since 1992.
With the turnkey solution proposed by Orange Business Services, Euro Disney Associes S.C.A. will benefit from:
-- a solution tailored to different user contexts which makes it possible to establish seven workstation profiles based on employee use. With the introduction of these profiles, Euro Disney Associes S.C.A. will be able to provide tailor-made services to its hotel staff and mobile employees by equipping them with mobile phones or softphone.
-- new high-tech services providing fixed/mobile convergence based on mobile extension which is more employee-friendly and boosts efficiency. From now on, employees will have access to a unified messaging service and will be more easily reachable thanks to a dual calling function to their fixed line and mobile phone. They will also benefit from having all PABX functionalities on their mobile phone;
-- a unique customer services unit made up of a dedicated team available on-site at all times and responsible for implementing and managing the entire network.
