Aliant Launches New Service to Access Voice Mail Messages Online
Aliant, a provider of information and communications technologies, has launched a new residential internet protocol service, which will provide its customers across Atlantic Canada with the option of listening to their voicemail messages online, in audio file format.
With Voicemail Online customers are able to receive a copy of their voicemail messages at a preferred email address. Customers then have the option of listening to their voicemails in a WAV audio file format, from anywhere in the world they have access to their email. Voicemail messages can also be saved permanently for future reference.
Heather Tulk, senior vice president of customer solutions at Aliant, said: “We’re providing exceptional value for our customers by offering an innovative and convenient tool that makes staying in touch easy, while combining the reliability of Aliant’s traditional network with the functionality of the internet.”
