Loxbit Public Company Limited Appointed As Envox Worldwide Distributor for Thailand

WESTBOROUGH, Mass., June 30 /PRNewswire/ — Loxbit Public Company Limited, one of Thailand’s leading providers of information and communication technology, today announced that it has entered into a new sales and support agreement with Envox Worldwide, a leading global provider of IP-based voice solutions. The agreement enables Loxbit to resell the full Envox Worldwide product portfolio, including the Envox Communications Development Platform, Envox VoiceXML Studio, Envox CT Connect(TM), and Envox CT ADE(TM), in Thailand. Under the terms of the agreement, Loxbit will also have access to Envox Worldwide’s value-added services including professional services, training and technical support.

Loxbit will be distributing and supporting the entire Envox Worldwide product portfolio, including:

— Envox VoiceXML Studio: a graphical development environment that accelerates the creation of VoiceXML solutions by 50 percent or more;

— Envox CT Connect(TM): standards-based CTI software that allows application developers and systems integrators to create voice self-service, contact center and unified communications solutions for IP and TDM networks at dramatically lower cost by providing out-of-the-box integration with all major communications systems; and,

— Envox CT ADE(TM): the market leading interactive voice response (IVR) development tool which is a collection of utilities that enables developers to create and deploy computer telephony applications more easily and more quickly than using traditional APIs.
