RTX Telecom Concludes Agreement to Sell RTX Healthcare

RTX Telecom has concluded an agreement on the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary RTX Healthcare to a provider of telehealth solutions. The company has not disclosed the name of the buyer.
The sale is in line with the focus strategy and turn-around process for RTX Telecom, where it has been decided to divest the group’s telehealth and medico activities and concentrate the efforts on development and production of advanced solutions and products for the professional market for telecommunication.
The purchase sum is a combination of a cash payment and an earn-out payment, depending on the development of the company during the next 24 months.
