Procera Networks Withdraws Form S-1 Due to Market Conditions

Procera(R) Networks Inc. (AMEX: PKT), a developer of Evolved Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) solutions providing traffic awareness, control and protection for complex networks, today announced that, due to adverse market conditions, it has asked the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to withdraw its registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the SEC on May 23, 2008 for a planned follow-on offering of its common stock.
