BellSouth and MCI Sign Commercial Agreement

ATLANTA, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- BellSouth today announced the signing of a commercial agreement with MCI for the provisioning of wholesale local phone services throughout the nine-state BellSouth region in the Southeast.
