The new D-Link Network Services are stratified into three areas of service: on-site response, advanced replacement, and 24/7/365 help desk services. D-Link Network Services will be sold in the form of Service Packs from D-Link authorized resellers, providing customers with value-added protection on purchases of existing and newly purchased D-Link networking and connectivity products.
For less than the cost of most competing networking products, D-Link customers can receive a competitive switch with the associated Service Pack, insuring their hardware investment is protected for the life of the product. The new D-Link Network Services will be sold with tiered levels of service response times and options, allowing customers the flexibility to select the support that best fits their specific infrastructure needs.
