Hanley & Associates Adds Louis M. Thompson, Jr. And David Weild IV to Its Board of Directors
Hanley & Associates, LLC, the only independent, nationwide non-deal roadshow firm announced today that Louis (Lou) M. Thompson, Jr. and David Weild IV have been elected to its Board of Directors. Mr. Thompson was formerly CEO of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) while Mr. Weild was previously Vice Chairman of the NASDAQ Stock Market.

Mr. Weild is the founder of Capital Markets Advisory Partners, and was formerly Vice Chairman of the NASDAQ stock market in charge of its Corporate Client Division's 4,000 listed companies. In this role, David addressed firsthand the challenges faced by companies in building and maintaining relationships with the institutional investor community. David also spent 14 years at Prudential Securities in various roles including head of corporate finance, technology investment banking and equity capital markets. He has significant expertise in electronic markets and financial institutions technology.
