HP Adds Teneros Email Continuity to ProLiant Servers
July 14, 2008
Teneros has won a deal from HP to provide its email continuity appliances for disaster recovery for Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007 on HP’s ProLiant DL380 G5 servers.
The Teneros appliances use the company’s Instant-On failover technology, which provides 99% email system uptime, and can be remotely monitored, maintained, and updated from the Teneros Network Operations Center.
Patrick Kearns, general manager and vice president of corporate development at Teneros, said: “Teneros’ software technology coupled with HP ProLiant servers makes a winning combination for email continuity.”
The combined offering will be available in the third quarter through HP’s resellers worldwide.
