AVST and Mirapoint Form Strategic Alliance to Deliver Unified Messaging Solutions to Education and Enterprise Markets

The marketing and technology alliance will integrate AVST’s CALLXPRESS(R) Unified Communications platform with Mirapoint’s Message Server, to provide the industry’s most scalable and cost-effective unified messaging platform. Through the alliance, Mirapoint will provide AVST’s best-in-class unified messaging solution to its new and existing customers. Likewise, AVST will market Mirapoint’s award-winning e-mail solution to customers looking for an alternative to their legacy e-mail platforms.

With many legacy voice mail and e-mail solutions at or near end of life, customers are seeking proven technology partners like AVST and Mirapoint to deliver next generation communications solutions that meet their requirements for interoperability, reliability, scalability and economics. With over 500 combined customers in the Higher Education market globally, AVST and Mirapoint will showcase the new partnership this week at AVST’s booth at the Association of Information Technology Professionals in Higher Education (ACUTA) annual tradeshow at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, Nevada.
