In addition to providing stream hosting services, Liquid Compass has developed a Silverlight-based, custom media player with a new, video-on-demand feature which will be rolled-out to Greater Media stations throughout the country.
"When looking at streaming providers, we were quite impressed with the level of customer service from Liquid Compass, both at the conceptual level, and the exceptional level," said Tom Bender, Sr. Vice President/General Manager of Greater Media Interactive. "Their staff was quite helpful in the design and implementation of a company-wide multifunction player, and the deployment and integration of their services at our locations was great."
"We are pleased to add Greater Media to the Liquid Compass Streaming Media Network," said Zackary Lewis, Liquid Compass' CEO. "By providing them with the latest in audio and video streaming media technology, Greater Media will have a better opportunity to attract a new listening audience for their stations, in addition to advertisers that are searching for radio stations with great streaming content, which Greater Media is known for."
