This is allows for securities houses to effectively electronically transfer shares digitally as solely by certificate form. This is the automated system for deposits and withdrawals of securities from the Depository Trust Company (DTC).
Furthermore we are committed to ongoing transparency and will file the 1st quarter of 2008 by July 24th 2008 to meet our targets.
