Pupils Dance to Bhangra Beat
Bhangra Boogie: Authentic Bhangra outfits were specially made and shipped over from India for youngsters to perform in a show at Hanley’s Victoria Hall.
Thirty-five pupils from Wood Lane Primary School, near Audley, wore the bright costumes for the show called Razamatazz, which marked the culmination of a year-long dance project at the school. The costumes were made in India by a relative of parent Tamlyn Steele.
