DealFlow Networks Signs Solutions Provider Agreement With MRV Communications

MRV Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRVC), a leading provider of products and services for out-of-band networking, WDM and optical transport, metro Ethernet, fiber optic components, 10GE and other service aware networking products, today announced that carrier network solution provider DealFlow Networks (Suwanee, GA) has signed on to be a value-added reseller (VAR) of MRV's entire product line.

DealFlow provides comprehensive network solutions to incumbent and competitive local exchange carriers throughout the United States. The VAR will resell MRV's LambdaDriver(R) WDM system, Fiber Driver(R) optical multi-service platform, OptiSwitch(R) line of demarcation and aggregation products, TereScope(R) line free space optics products and LX Series of intelligent remote management and out-of-band networking products.

MRV's "5 STAR" Solution Provider Program featured five participation levels for the company's channel sales partners: platinum, gold, silver, affiliate and sales agent. Platinum and gold partners have committed to full training on all of MRV's products and receive priority marketing and sales support from MRV staff. Silver partners have at least one MRV-certified sales representative and are qualified to sell the entire product portfolio. Affiliate and sales agent partners are qualified to sell LX Series console servers and OptiSwitch LAN switching products on an ad hoc basis.
