Gateway Financial Holdings, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., July 23, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Gateway Financial Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:GBTS), the holding company for Gateway Bank & Trust Co., announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share.

The dividend is payable on August 22, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2008.
