Reignmaker Communications and Communications Xchange Form Alliance To Deliver Nationwide Business-Class Voice Over IP Services

ATLANTA, and Tampa, Fla., May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Reignmaker Communications, the world's first end-to-end IP-Communications provider, and Communications Xchange, a leading Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service provider, today announced the formation of a strategic alliance between the two companies creating a complete portfolio of VoIP phone system services for business customers across the United States.

Under the terms of the alliance, Reignmaker will provide a capital investment to Communications Xchange in return for access to Communications Exchange's Softswitch and PSTN interconnection arrangements. The two companies will also combine their purchasing of customer equipment, local access and Interconnection services to improve network scale economies.
