NTT Communications to Be Flagship Customer in Asia Pacific for Opsware Network Automation System; Further Strengthens NTT Com's Leadership in Data Center Automation and Utility Computing

Opsware Inc. (Nasdaq:OPSW), the leading provider of IT automation and utility computing software, today announced global telecommunications leader NTT Communications (NTT Com) as a flagship customer for the Opsware Network Automation System (NAS). NTT Com, one of the world's largest telecommunications companies and a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) Corporation (NYSE:NTT), will deploy Opsware NAS in its industry-leading AGILIT hosting service, adding automation of network devices to the server and software automation currently provided by Opsware's Server Automation System. The move makes NTT Com the first global service provider to deploy the combination of Opsware network and server automation, and further strengthens NTT Com's leadership in data center automation and utility computing.
