Face Winners Are Presented With New Laptop Computers

August 2, 2008

The face of Plymouth winners have been handed state-of-the-art Apple laptops as part of their year-long prize.

Debbie Grayson and Danny Harris, who were crowned the Faces of Plymouth 2008 last month at a glitzy event in Plymouth Pavilions, were handed the Mac Books courtesy of Stormfront – Apple Premium Reseller, based in Drake Circus.

The Mac Books – each worth pounds699 – have the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors and a host of other features, including in-built video-cam and a 13.3-inch glossy widescreen all inside a durable polycarbonate shell.

Debbie and Danny, both 21, were ecstatic with their new computers, which are one of the many items they will enjoy over the coming year.

Other prizes they can look forward to include an interview at the Glenbeigh model and promotion agency, with the possibility of joining its books. In addition, The Herald’s chief photographer John Allen will help the pair put together a stunning portfolio, and there will be the opportunity to appear in a fashion shoot for glossy magazine Devon Today.

The winners will also have the chance to represent The Herald at events and ceremonies, plus there’s pounds100 worth of vouchers to spend at STORM.
